Presentation Guidelines

 

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• We have reserved 15 minutes for each speaker in the technical program.
• Authors should design their presentations as 12 minutes and leave the rest 3 minutes for questions.
• The computers are equipped with Windows 7 operating system as well as Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• The recommended presentation slide size is 16:9 (widescreen).
• All presentations must be copied to the computers in the halls before the sessions.
• Recommend minumum text font is 18.

 

RAPID-FIRE PRESENTATIONS

• We have reserved 5 minutes for each speaker in the technical program.
• Presentations should consist of maximum 5 slides.
• Authors should design their presentations as 4 minutes and leave the rest 1 minute for questions.
• The computers are equipped with Windows 7 operating system as well as Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• The recommended presentation slide size is 16:9 (widescreen).
• All presentations must be copied to the computers in the halls before the sessions.
• Recommend minumum text font is 18.

 

POSTER PRESANTATIONS

• Poster size should be A0 (84 cm width x 118 cm height) with portrait orientation.
• All posters will be assigned a poster number. The digits will represent where the poster should be displayed.
• Posters can be hanged on the first day after registration for public viewing.
• The authors should be present on their poster display area in the Poster Session on Friday, 8 November 2019 between 16:00 – 17:00.
• There will not be any facilities on the conference venue for printing or designing posters.
